You do not need to belong to a gym to start a golf fitness and training program.

All you need is an exercise ball, exercise tubing with handles and a pair of dumbbells and you are good-to-go! You can do many many golf swing exercises to strengthen and stretch your golf muscles with this little bit of fitness equipment.

Fitness training geared to golfers should be as closely related to your golf swing mechanics as possible. Break up your swing into phases and you'll have many possibilities.
